There are two companies offering train tickets for these routes.
First is Peru Rail. This established train company has various types of trains to pick. The cheapest is Expedition (backpackers) train which offer standard commodities. More luxury is Vistadome option with better view as its name applies. There is third exclusive option, a Hiram Bingham train with premium service.
Other company is Machu Picchu Train. Its Panoramic service costs 59 US$ for Ollantaytambo – Aguas Callentes route.
Once you are in Aguas Callentes, you have to buy ticket for Machu Picchu in Aguas Callentes. You can't do that at the entry point of Machu Picchu, so do it in advance while you arrive in Aguas Callentes. Tickets are sold in Machu Picchu Cultural center in city center.
